Adele will perform on "The X Factor U.K." during the show's grand finale Sunday at Wembley Arena, where the winner for the year 2015 will be crowned.

The 27-year-old singer will join One Direction and Coldplay as the show celebrates the "Best of British" music theme, The Sun reported.

This will be the first time that Adele will perform on the long-running reality singing competition, which has been on the air in the U.K. for 12 seasons.

Sunday's finale will see upcoming Super Bowl halftime performers Coldplay perform "Adventure of a Lifetime" from their latest album "A Head Full of Dreams."

Meanwhile, 2010 third-placers One Direction will be singing "History" and "Infinity" from their new album "Made in the A.M.," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The final three contestants - Ché Chesterman, Louisa Johnson and Reggie 'n' Bollie - will be narrowed down to two on Saturday before the end of the show.

Former contestants are also set to perform on Saturday's show. Season three winner Leona Lewis and season 11 winner Ben Haenow will duet on a song called "Slamming Doors."

Additionally, 2011 winners Little Mix and 2014 runner-up Fleur East will perform a duet, according to Entertainment Weekly.
