Adele has burst back on the scene, breaking records left and right after a four-year hiatus. Her latest album, "25," has sold more than 3 million copies in its first week, and she's ready to hit the road again to promote her recent success.

Billboard will announce the official first-week sales total for "25" on Sunday, Nov. 29. Within three days, Adele already had obliterated the previous single-week U.S. album sales record held by N*SYNC for their album, "No Strings Attached," which sold 2.4 million copies in its debut week ending on March 26, 2000.

The 27-year-old singer also surpassed Britney Spears for biggest single-week album sales for a female artist ("Oops!... I Did It Again" sold 1.32 million copies) and broke the U.K. single-week album sales record held by Oasis' 1997 album, "Be Here Now" (737,000 copies to 696,000 copies).

With the records secured, Adele announced her new tour, "Adele Live 2016," set to kick off in Belfast, U.K. on Feb. 29. The tour only includes European dates so far - Zurich, Berlin, Lisbon, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris and finishing in Antwerp, Belgium on June 13.

The "Hello" singer introduced the tour on her Instagram just like her hit song starts - "Hello, it's me" - and then broke out laughing, not being able to deliver those words the same way ever again.

Check out the video and full tour schedule below. Tickets go on sale Dec. 4 for all dates.
