Stacy Keibler and Jared Pobre are officially proud parents of a newborn baby girl.
People Magazine reported that the 34-year-old actress and TV host gave birth to her first child, daughter Ava Grace on Wednesday at her home. Keibler took to her website StacyKeibler.com on Friday to announce the good news.
"Jared and I have been blessed with the new love of our lives," Keibler wrote. "Ava Grace Pobre was born at home on Wednesday, August 20th. We've never experienced a level of joy and happiness like this before! Thank you so much for all of the special wishes and positive energy."
Along with her announcement Keibler posted a picture of three hearts drawn in the sand: two big, one small.
The couple announced that they were expecting in March - just weeks after the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant and her tech entrepreneur hubby tied the knot in a private ceremony on the beach in Mexico surround by only family and close friends.
"My happiness is indescribable!" Keibler told People magazine at the time. "Marriage is the ultimate bond of love and friendship. It means putting all your faith and trust into a person that you can't help but believe is your soul mate. Someone who has all of your best interests at heart; someone handpicked for you, to help you grow and be the best person that you can be. Jared is all of this for me. I'm extremely excited about starting a family and building a future with Stacy."
Keibler and Pobre began dating last summer, after ending her nearly two year relationship with actor George Clooney. Kiebler told Fit Pregnancy Magazine in the June/July 2014 issue that she wasn't sure if she would ever have children, until she meant Pobre.
"Before we met, both Jared and I had told our parents we didn't think we'd ever get married or have kids. But when you're with the right person, everything changes," Kiebler told the magazine. "My epiphany happened shortly after Jared and I started dating, and once we both knew, we didn't hesitate. I just knew I was ready and that there's no one else in the world I would want to do this with."
