Paul Walker's Brothers' Voices Will Be 'Merged' To Recreate Late Actor's Voice In 'Fast & Furious 7' Scenes?

Paul Walker's brothers are rumored to be stepping in for the late actor to finish up his scenes in "Fast & Furious 7."

However, TMZ reports the production will be editing the actor's siblings' voices to make sure they match up. The voice "merging" will reportedly occur during post-production.

"Sources close to the the Walker family tell TMZ the production team for "FF7" will try something they have never done before merging archival audio of Walker's voice with his brothers' voices to fill in some gaps in the movie," the site reports. "We're told it will take both brothers, Caleb and Cody, to get everything to match up."

Production for "Fast & Furious 7" resumed back in March, four months after Walker died in a car accident. Vin Diesel recently accepted the 2014 MTV Movie Award for best on-screen duo with the late actor, giving an emotional acceptance speech he latered shared with 70 million Facebook followers.

"Back in 2002, it was you, the MTV audience, that first acknowledged this brotherhood between Paul Walker and myself by honoring us with the best team on film," Diesel said during his acceptance video. "So it's surreal to be standing here 12 years later and that you have been so generous to give us this award again."

"I know he's here in spirit," Diesel said, visibly choking back his tears. "Thank you for honoring me and, more importantly, thank you for honoring that angel - my brother Paul Walker."

MTV held a special tribute to walked during the Movie Awards. "Fast & Furious 7" costar Jordana Brewster shared a few words about Walker before introducing a video montage.

"Fast & Furious 7" is currently in production and will be released to theaters on April 10, 2015.
