N.C. State forward T.J. Warren is expected to declare for the 2014 NBA draft.  His stock has reportedly risen to the point he could be a lottery pick, and both the Utah Jazz and Charlotte Bobcats are believed to have interest in him.

Warren, whose impressive season won him the ACC Player of the Year award, is expected to declare for the upcoming draft.

"N.C. State sophomore T.J. Warren has decided to enter the NBA draft, sources tell Yahoo," Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports tweeted on Monday.  "Formal announcement will come early this week."

Warren averaged 24.9 points and 7.1 rebounds per game this season, and his performance through two rounds of the NCAA Tournament -- 25 points against Xavier and 28 points against Saint Louis -- may have catapulted him from a late first-round pick to a potential lottery pick, according to ESPN's Jeff Goodman.

ESPN Insider reports both Utah and Charlotte may be interested in the drafting dynamic scorer.

"Two teams to watch with possible interest are the Utah Jazz and Charlotte Bobcats," Joe Kaiser of ESPN wrote on Monday.  "Both are in need of an offensive-minded 3, and each team will have a late first-round pick; the Jazz have Golden State's first-rounder this year, and the Bobcats have Portland's."

Warren faces heavy competition to be a lottery pick.  Players expected to be top picks in the draft include Kansas' Andrew Wiggins and Joel Embiid, Oklahoma State's Marcus Smart, Australia's Dante Exum and Kentucky's Julius Randle.

Duke star Jabari Parker would be included in the list, but there's a growing sense the freshman will forego the draft and return to Duke for another season.

The NBA draft is on Thursday, June 26.
