According to Business Insider's latest report, the new "GTA 6" trailer was released by Rockstar Games on Monday, Dec. 4; more than a year after a legitimate leak went viral in September 2022.

The new "GTA 6" trailer was a success for Rockstar Games since it broke previous records for most views of a non-music video in just 24 hours. It specifically garnered over 93 million views 24 hours after being released.

Since almost 100 million people saw the trailer, many fans quickly noticed that most of the trailer's scenes were based on real-life incidents in Florida.

These include police chasing a naked man, the alligator walking into a convenience store, as well as the taking of Florida Joker's mugshots. Many netizens posted their own content comparing Florida's viral real-life events and the scenes in the new "GTA 6" trailer.

A few days later, Jake Sullivan suddenly posted TikTok videos to call out Rockstar Games for using his likeness.

"GTA we got to talk. If not, you got to give me like a mil or two," said the Florida Joker.

"Florida Joker ain't having that. Y'all took my likeness. Y'all took my life," he added.
To prove his point, he also posted his viral mugshot next to a screenshot of the trailer to show the many similarities between the two images.

The Florida Joker's TikTok videos are now going viral; racking 400,000 to 1 million views. In the comment sections, netizens are divided on whether they should support Jake Sullivan's claims or ask him to avoid suing Rockstar Games.

In a video, a TikTok user said that it's obvious that the "GTA 6" maker used Florida Joker's likeness and altered it a bit. He added that the man should start taking advantage of this situation by using his fame to "raise money" from Rockstar Games.

"It's definitely Miami Joker they took his design and just altered it I think they should pay him at least 50k," added another netizen.

On the other hand, many "GTA 6" fans are begging Jake to not sue Rockstar Games since they want to play the new game. These are just some of their comments. You can check the TikTok videos below to see more.
