Ronan Farrow took aim at Woody Allen on Sunday night, after the 78-year-old director won a lifetime achievement award.

"Missed the Woody Allen tribute," Allen's son Ronan tweeted. "Did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?"

The jab was in reference to allegations made by Allen's adopted daughter, Dylan, who said that the director molested her 20 years ago, CNN reported.

Ronan's mother Mia Farrow also fired shots toward the father of her children, but in a slightly turned-down fashion.

"Time to grab some ice cream & switch over to #GIRLS," Farrow tweeted before Allen won the Cecil B. DeMille Award.

Why would Allen's family members be so adverse toward his winning an award coveting his life's work?

It's part of a tangled web of rumors and accusations that has plagued the clan for years.

Farrow and Allen had multiple children together, including Dylan and a handful of adopted kids. After 12 years together, Farrow discovered that Allen was having relations with one of their adopted daughters, Soon-Yi, who has since married the director.

The same year that Soon-Yi and Allen started dating, Dylan came forward with allegations that Allen had touched her inappropriately, CNN reported.

"I'm scared of him, his image," Dylan told Vanity Fair in an interview where she admitted she can't even speak her father's name. "I have never been asked to testify. If I could talk to the seven-year-old Dylan, I would tell her to be brave, to testify."

The charges were later dropped, but the rift had already been established between Allen and the rest of his kin.

Most recently, Mia Farrow admitted that Ronan's father could "possibly" be Frank Sinatra-not Allen, as was previously perceived.
