Bangladesh, which is leading the four-match T20 series 1-0, is now looking to extend its lead over the struggling Zimbabwean side. The hosts registered a four-wicket victory over Zimbabwe in the first T20 played at the same venue on Friday.

Batting first, Zimbabwe made 163 for seven with the help of a record 101 runs opening partnership between Hamilton Masakadza and Vusi Sibanda. Meanwhile, the Tigers chased down the target in the 19th over, according to Dunya News.

Two recent series defeats against Afghanistan have placed Zimbabwe under pressure to improve its international record. The associate cricketing nation is now desperate to register a win.

"I think in the end you can look at little things like [the wides]. But I thought if we were defending 180 it would have made a big difference. So I thought it was more of the batting side than the bowling side," Masakadza said, according to ESPN Cricinfo.
