Leonardo DiCarprio and his Sports Illustrated model girlfriend Kelly Rorhbach have split.

"They have been broken up for a few months now," a source close to the couple told People. "They are friendly and it's super amicable. They are both so busy and he's got a big movie coming out and she's one of the biggest supermodels in the world. There is no other person in the picture."

"They've been broken up for over a month. It was mutual," another source told Us Weekly. "They both have intense work schedules and a lot going on in their lives right now. They both needed to take a break because of that. They are still friends and talking but it's over."

The 41-year-old actor and the 25-year-old model were first spotted together in June in New York City at a CFDA Awards after party. They have since made several public appearances, including the U.S. Open in September, and were last spotted together at Thanksgiving.

DiCaprio is currently promoting his latest film "The Revenant," which has already been nominated for Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild awards. It is also getting a lot of Oscar buzz headed into awards season. Rohrbach is also going to be taking on a major project of her own, as she will be featured in the upcoming film adaptation of "Baywatch."

Dwayne Johnson confirmed on Monday that she would be the one rocking the iconic red one-piece bathing suit just like Pamela Anderson once did in the classic show. "A pleasure welcoming @kellyrohrbach to our #BAYWATCH family for the iconic role of 'CJ PARKER,'" Johnson captioned a video. "Yes, she's a walking smoke stack but more importantly...she's smart, tough and funny. Just the way we like 'em. Get ready world, we can't wait to bring you our generation's #BAYWATCH! You'll have fun."
