The PlayStation 4's release date is rapidly approaching. While many are getting excited over the new console and all of the fantastic games that are promised to launch with it. However, one item coming with the launch of the PlayStation 4 is still largely underrated. Not only did Sony rethink the modern gaming console, they've taken it upon themselves to revamp the modern gaming controller as well with the invention of the new DualShock 4 update.
The DualShock4 features a share button, that allows players to record and upload videos and screenshots of their gaming exploits to the web. However, this button can be disabled at certain points during a game to avoid people uploading spoiler content to the Internet. Another impressive new feature on the DualShock 4 is its touchpad. It's placed on the front of the controller and the capacitive type touchpad is a clickable 2-point touchpad with a resolution of 1920X900, according to IGN.
One of the cooler features about the new controller update is the fact that it can easily pair with a PC via BlueTooth. So if you're interested in being a PC gamer but want a high-quality console-tech controller, you can purchase the DualShock 4 controller on its own for $59.99. Here is how to set it up with your PC, courtesy of Gamepur.
