Have mercy! "Grandfathered" actor John Stamos is the latest star to show off his naked rear end for Paper magazine. The 52-year-old told the publication that posing bottomless was the craziest thing that he had ever done. The black-and-white picture, taken by photographer Brian Bowen Smith, shows Stamos in front of a window facing away from the camera. On top, he wore a button-down shirt.
The magazine shared the image on Instagram along with the caption: "The New Moon of @johnstamos."
In the interview with Paper, Stamos said the most amazing part of being him was the people he has gotten to meet throughout his life.
"This life has surpassed my ability to describe it," he said. "It's wondrous. I've found myself in so many absolutely unbelievable situations... it's all wonderfully insane."
The star of the upcoming Netflix series "Fuller House" also talked about how he rarely reads about himself and, when he does, he doesn't like to read the comment sections. He also told a story about how his "Grandfathered" co-star Paget Brewster left a "scathing" comment defending Stamos in a recent Deadline article. "I found that quite sweet," said the actor.
Stamos is hardly the first star to take their clothes off for Paper. Kim Kardashian famously posed nude for the magazine's "Break the Internet" edition in November 2014, according to the New York Daily News, and singer Miley Cyrus stripped down to nothing and wrestled with a pig in a shoot for the magazine's cover.
