In season six, episode eight of MTV's "Teen Mom 2," Leah Messer left for rehab, Chelsea Houska got a pet pig with boyfriend Cole DeBoer, Kailyn Lowry's ex Jo Rivera moved in down the street and Jenelle Evans attempted to work things out with fiancé Nathan Griffith.

Houska took her relationship with boyfriend Cole DeBoer to the next step. The couple painted a room together in Houska's home, preparing for the arrival of their new baby -a pet pig. Chelsea said her childhood dream was to own a pig, and she couldn't be happier to share her new pet with her new beau. While painting the new room, Houska opened up to DeBoer and expressed how much he's changed her life for the better since the two started dating.

"Everyone said you turned my life upside down," she told him, "but you turned my life right side up."

Kailyn Lowry and her husband Javi Marroquin were able to settle the problems they were having earlier in the season. The couple fought nonstop, but Marroquin had a heart-to-heart with his sister and he realized that he needed to work harder to improve his marriage, not only for his wife but for his kids. Marroquin's newfound calm demeanor on life even extended to Jo Rivera, Lowry's ex-boyfriend and the father of her oldest son Isaac. Rivera decided to move from New Jersey to Delaware to be closer to Isaac, so close that he moved in down the street from and Marroquin even helped out. Lowry said she had concerns about her ex moving so close, but realized it was what's best for their son.

"At first wasn't sure but now I'm starting to see how it's better for Isaac," she told Marroquin. "I think it's gonna be good to have him close, I just don't want it to get to be too much."

Jenelle Evans' mother Barbara visited her home to drop off Jenelle's son, Jace. During her stay, Barbara opened up to Jenelle about her past abusive relationship and tried to give her daughter advice about whether or not she should get back together with her fiancé Griffith. The couple had a no-contact order placed against them after Griffith was arrested on a criminal domestic violence charge, but Jenelle admitted to a friend that she wanted to try to patch things up with him even though Griffith told her he thinks they should see other people.

"I'm trying everything in my power, but at the same times he's saying 'you need to go on a date,'" she said. "I want my family together. I don't want anyone else but him."

Leah Messer sat down with her ex-husband Corey Simms and his wife Miranda and asked them to help take care of the twin girls that Messer and Corey share together while she spent a few weeks at a treatment center. Miranda and Corey accused Messer of having a drug problem, but she explained to her mother that she's seeking help because she needs to learn how to handle her stress and anxiety now that her second husband Jeremy Calvert filed for divorce. During a tearful goodbye at the airport, Messer hugged her daughter Ali and tried to explain to the tot why she was leaving.

"Mommy's gonna be strong, I need you to be strong, OK?" Messer told her daughter. "I gotta teach you how to be strong, 'kay? I'm going to too."
