The Duggar's are finally talking.

"19 Kids and Counting" stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have decided to do an exclusive sit-down interview at their family home in Arkansas with Fox News channel's Megyn Kelly following the family's recent scandal regarding their eldest son, Josh Duggar, being named in a police report as the "alleged offender" in an underage sexual abuse probe.

"Next week we will sit down with Megyn Kelly on Fox News to share our hearts with you about the pain that we walked through as a family twelve years ago, the tears we all shed and the forgiveness that was given," Jim Bob and Michelle said in a statement on the family's website.

"We appreciate the outpouring of love and prayers for our family at this time," the statement continued.

Fox News announced that the Duggars' interview wilt air during "The Kelly File" on Wednesday, June 3, at 9 p.m. Additional portions of the interview will air during a one-hour special on Friday at 9 p.m.

The interview will be the first time the couple has publicly addressed their family's scandal since news broke earlier this month.

Last month, InTouch Magazine reported that Josh allegedly fondled the genitals and breasts of about five girls, some of whom were sleeping. Several reports claimed that Josh's parents tried to cover up their son's indiscretions.

"Twelve years ago, as a young teenager, I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret," Josh said in the statement to People. "I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation. We spoke with the authorities where I confessed my wrongdoing, and my parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life."

Following the surfaced reports, TLC Network yanked the family-friendly show that has publicly featured their Christian values.

Several advertisers announced plans to pull their ads from the show, including General Mills, Walgreens, Payless Shoesource, Choice Hotels International, Ace Hardware, Pure Leaf Iced Tea, David's Bridal and ConAgra Foods.

Josh has also resigned from his position at the Family Research Council amid the child molestation accounts becoming public.
