Bruce Jenner has suppressed his true identity for most of his life, but he's finally opening up to his family and the public as seen in the first promo for the two-part special, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians: About Bruce."

The emotional preview features sound bites from the upcoming episode that play over old home videos of Bruce Jenner and his family (which in this case only involves his life with Kris Jenner and their kids).

"You think someday you're going to get over it," Jenner says to start the clip. "They're my secrets that I have to deal with on my own."

Kris Jenner then reveals she first met Bruce on a blind date. The couple divorced after 23 years of marriage late last year. Kim Kardashian also adds that she and the family want to understand his struggle, and Khloe Kardashian realizes Bruce's biggest concern is the safety of his family.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner, his two children with Kris, packed the biggest emotional punch from the whole promo. Kendall reveals that she's ready to meet "her" when Bruce does transition and Kylie fears the idea of "Bruce" being gone.

"I'm not going anywhere," Bruce assures his daughter. He then confesses, "I don't think I've been as scared in my life as I was to be extraordinarily honest with my kids."

"About Bruce" will reveal intimate conversations that Bruce had with his famous family, in which they discussed his transition. The specials will also explore each family member's struggle to process his or her own feelings as they all work through hearing from Bruce directly about finally living life as the person he has always known himself to be.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" two-part special will air on Sunday, May 17 and Monday, May 18 at 9 p.m. EDT.
