"Breaking Amish" star Kate Stoltzfus is shedding her good-girl, whole-natured image in the latest issue of Maxim Magazine. She traded in her bonnet for long loose curls and stepped out of her traditional Amish clothing for black high-waisted shorts and a strapless crop top. The aspiring model, who got her start on the hit reality show, had no problem showing off her toned tummy and bare legs in the sizzling photo-shoot, US Weekly reports.

"Before I had even signed a contract with a modeling agency, I did a test shoot to see if I could photograph well," she told Maxim. "The first outfit they put me in was a bathing suit!! I have to admit it was a little intimidating, but now I enjoy it."

Recently, insiders close to Stoltzfus told US Weekly that the reality star wanted to separate herself from the TV show and instead focus on her modeling career. The insider also revealed that Stoltzfus was not getting along with her cast mates and was hoping for her own spin-off series that would focus on her modeling career. The source said she had "no camaraderie with them, she can't really relate anymore."

There has been no word on whether she will land her own show but Stoltzfus is definitely ready to take her career to the next level. On the season finale of the show she was seen doing a shoot for a Spiegel catalogue.

"Her team has their fingers crossed on the spin-off," the source said.

Stoltzfus also revealed to Maxim that she is not only Amish girl who has a rocking body underneath all the clothes. She said most Amish women have really great figures because "they work hard" and have a good diet.

"They also eat healthy, since they grow their own food," she said. "That's one big thing I missed about home, being able to garden and take care of plants."
