Amanda Bynes Gets Another Nose Job, Says She’ll Post Video on Twitter

Amanda Bymes has been talking about getting another nose job for months now. According to the retired actress' Twitter account, she had her surgery on Saturday promising to upload a video of the procedure. She tweeted to concerned fans that she had made safely out of surgery.

She had recently revealed on the social networking site that she was going to have another procedure done to fix a "birth defect." In one of her tweets Bynes posted that the nose job was to remove skin that "was like webbing" between her eyes. She said the only reason she decided to share with the world that she was had surgery was so magazines would stop using old photos of her.

"I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore!" she tweeted in May. "I'm so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence."

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame tweeted his support for the "Easy A" star retweeting her announcement of going into surgery and wishing her "good luck."

Not every celebrity was happy to see Bynes getting yet another cosmetic procedure. she got into a Twitter fight with Matt Prokop, "Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland's boyfriend. After Bynes tweeted that she only cares about hot people, Prokop responded telling the former child star to look in the mirror and to "stop getting work done. Save what's left."

The response annoyed Bynes who called Prokop and his girlfriend ugly.

After posting about her weekend procedure, she said that she has one more surgery to get to "thin out the bridge of my nose!"

Because of having to live with a "birth defect" for 27 years, Bynes has declared herself as a "hero" also adding that her doctors are heroes as well.

"My doctors are heroes who also correct kids who have cleft lip - something as traumatic as webbing in between your eyes! I wanted to share my story with you to prove that I'm not crazy. I was just embarrassed," she posted to Twitter. "Surgery is a complete miracle for me - nothing can hold you back from living out your dreams. There's a surgery for everything that's wrong with you!"
