Justin Bieber's new house is amazing! The 20-year-old pop star just rented a "Hollywood Party Palace" in Hollywood Hills, Calif. that comes with its own nightclub. According to real estate site Trulia, Bieber is shelling out over $29,000 a month for his new 16,000-sqaure foot, 10 bedroom mansion.
Other amenities include a lighted swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, a movie theater with a 160-inch screen, an elevator and a glass staircase. The "Confident" singer recently had a "guy's night" with his manager Scooter Braun and a few friends where they relaxed on the long, leather coaches and took in a few movies. Bieber shared a photo of the theater on Instagram.
According to Trulia, the house also includes three bars - even though Bieber isn't old enough to drink - a pool table, an 80-foot long disco bar and a ping pong enclave. Outdoor Bieber's new pad has three different back yards.
The pop star made headlines earlier this year for clashing with his Calabasas neighbors before finally selling the home to Khloe Kardashian. Bieber briefly rented an apartment in Atlanta and then returned to the West Coast where he rented a place in a Beverly Hills apartment building.

In related news, there are rumors that the "Boyfriend" singer is shopping for a $1 million engagement ring for his on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez. A source told Hollywood Life that Bieber wants to take the relationship to the next level by proposing to the "Slow Down" singer.
"Justin absolutely believes when the time is right, he'll stick a ring on Selena's finger," the source said. "And when he does, it will be the best of the best. He's said he would spend up to a million dollars on an engagement ring for her."
The source also said if Bieber does pop the question, Gomez will most likely say yes.
"Selena loves the big gestures so as much as he's messed up with her, knowing her, she'd say yes to that kind of thing," the source told Hollywood Life. "He knows how to sweep her off her feet when he wants to."
