History is known to repeat itself and if reports are right, John Mayer and Katy Perry's romance is looking to go for another round.
According to US Weekly, both Mayer and Perry were spotted together at Perry's house in Los Angeles for a barbeque that included Allison Williams, Mindy Kailing and Beth Behrs.
"They seem to be back together -- or back together-ish," an observer explained to the magazine. "They were very flirty and having a really good time together. They have good chemistry."
Another witness added that the pair was "definitely friendly."
Perry and Mayer, 35, began dating last summer and briefly called it quits in August before resuming their relationship. This past March the duo officially called it quits.
It is unclear at the moment whether the two have reconciled and resumed their romance.
Just as this news comes out, as we reported earlier that Perry, 28 was spotted with Robert Pattinson this past weekend at a wedding rehearsal.
Pattinson, 27, had recently broken up with "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart and rumors began to swirl that Perry and Pattinson were dating. Neither Perry nor Pattinson have come forward to address the rumors.
Both Perry and Mayer are known to have multiple relationships with other celebrities. Perry dated Travie McCoy and was married to Russell Brand while Mayer dated a slew of female celebrities including Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift and Minka Kelly.
Perry is currently in the studio working on her fourth album, which is slated to be released sometime later this year.
