There's a good chance Anna and Elsa will be making a snowman in "Kingdom Heart 3" if co-Director Tai Yasue has his way.

In an interview with Nova Crystallis, Yasue explained Disney has a lot of control over which franchises Square Enix can use in their title. However, Yasue is making a strong case to create a "Frozen" inspired world with Disney.

"We have to discuss with Disney about how we're going to proceed with each world to make sure they agree with our vision and feel it fits," Yasue said. "On a personal level...I would really like Frozen. The snow, ice formations and story are very magical, the music too of course. I saw it with my daughter and it was very enjoyable."

Yasue recently spoke to GameInformer about the title's development. The director assured fans the release of "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX" won't affect the development process for "Kingdom Hearts 3."

Developers are also using the new technology from next-gen consoles to add more creativity to the gameplay. Square Enix released some gameplay footage during D3 Exp 2013, which included Sora, Donald and Goofy on one of Disney's famous rides.

"There's a lot of stuff we have never ever done before. There's a lot that's the same, but there's a lot that's changed," Yasue told GameInformer. "We're moving from a totally different console to [a new] console. The technology has evolved; it's very new and everyone is doing a lot of research.

"And look-wise, it looks amazing as well. We've shown you some of the trailers and teasers. There are a lot of Disney-themed attractions, so that's exciting as well. It's very exciting for me and I want to tell you more about it, but I really can't at this moment."
