Demi Lovato Leaks New Album Early Via Twitter (LISTEN)

Demi Lovato promised her loyal fans that if they made track titles from her new album trend on Twitter, she would allow them a sneak peak at the songs before the official release.

The pop singer's fourth studio album, "Demi," is set to officially launch May 14 on Hollywood Records. But the entire album was unlocked via Lovato's website Monday, one week ahead of schedule, and it only took one Tweet.

Lovato prompted her 14.7 million Twitter followers to unlock songs individually, by going to her website on Monday.

"Who wants to hear my album RIGHT NOW???," she prompted fans to proceed to lovaticsspeeduptime.com to check out individual tracks. The "Lovatics" were allowed to unlock each song as they made their titles a Twitter trend. According to MTV, the full album was unveiled within 13 hours.

Hashtags such as #NeonLights, #TwoPieces and #Nightingale blew up the social network. But Lovato is not the only pop crush fans got an early glimpse of. Cher Lloyd is featured on "Really Don't Care," the track getting a large share of the viral love.

Lovato, who first gained her start in show business as a child singer on "Barney and Friends" went through her share of controversy during the budding years of her music career. The singer entered in to a rehabilitation facility for emotional issues, following an incident where she allegedly punched a backup dancer backstage. MTV aired a documentary of Lovato's personal struggles, "Stay Strong," in March 2012. The "X-Factor" judge began working on her new material that April.

The self-titled album, "Demi," follows the star's 2011 release "Unbroken," that featured the hit song "Give Your Heart a Break." Lovato's latest single, "Heart Attack," is climbing Billboard's Top 100 charts showing that the "Lovatics" support the singer in as many formats as possible.
