Wake Forest (16-15, 6-12 ACC) had an uneven finish to the season, losing three of their last five games. After a 69-56 loss on Saturday at Miami, the Demon Deacons open the ACC tournament against Notre Dame.

Sophomore guard Codi Miller-McIntyre led Wake Forest in scoring with 12.9 points per game; senior forward Travis McKie added 11.2 points per game, and sophomore forward Devin Thomas added 11.0 points per game and grabbed a team-high 7.5 rebounds each outing.

Notre Dame (15-16, 6-12 ACC) finished their regular season losing four of their last five games, including a 63-61 loss on Monday against North Carolina. The Fighting Irish's inaugural season in the ACC didn't go as planned with the loss of leading-scorer Jerian Grant, who was lost for the season at the end of December because of an "academic matter."

Senior guard Eric Atkins, junior swingman Pat Connaughton and senior center Garrick Sherman are Notre Dame's top scorers with 12.9, 13.6 and 13.6 points per game, respectively.

The two teams met on Jan. 25; Wake Forest won, 65-58.
