Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor embroiled in a scandal, has been accused of contempt of court by his estranged wife.

In court papers filed on Wednesday, Joycelyn Wade alleged that her former partner had neglected to cover $4,400 in medical expenses.

Nathan Wade Failed to Provide for Ex-Wife, Children 

The filings state that the defendant is in need of immediate medical procedures, including an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound, due to the severe physical symptoms she has been experiencing.

According to court documents, Jocelyn is in critical condition and needs medical procedures such an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ultrasound immediately because of excruciating physical symptoms.

The filings detail the significant impact these symptoms have had on Jocelyn's daily life, particularly her ability to consume most foods, resulting in substantial weight loss. Her health struggles have rendered her unable to work, exacerbating her financial strain.

Perhaps the main cause of Jocelyn's problem is that she has no way to pay her own medical expenses. This predicament is made much more difficult by having to contend that her separated husband, Nathan Wade, unexpectedly stopped making payments for child support.

Nathan Wade, who is now involved in a long-term divorce procedure, has been accused of giving court orders that mandate his financial support for Jocelyn and their two children. These orders have been given by court orders.

The divorce process has become far more contentious as a result of Wade's statement to the public that he was involved in a scandalous affair with Fani Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County. However, Willis was able to keep her position on a high-profile case because to the decision made by McAfee, provided that Wade removed himself from the proceedings.

Jocelyn says that Wade's actions have put her in a perilous financial situation where she is unable to provide for her children or pay for her rising medical bills. Jocelyn claims that Wade broke his promises to pay back her for living and educational expenses for their children, forcing her to shoulder the whole financial burden on her own.

An already complicated divorce case is further complicated by Jocelyn's urgent medical demands.

Jocelyn and her legal team are requesting immediate action to make sure she receives the assistance and medical attention her children need because her health has declined and her savings are running low, New York Post reported.
