Pittsburgh police have an arrest warrant out for the man who reportedly killed two sisters last month in the city's East End.
According to a report by CBS' local station in Pennsylvania, a warrant was obtained on Wednesday for Allen Darell Wade's arrest.
The 43-year-old man is currently not in custody, and law enforcement officials say he is armed and dangerous.
44-year-old Susan Wolfe and 38-year-old Sarah Wolfe's bodies were found Feb. 7 in their house on Chislett Street. Police said Wade fled his home after officers came knocking on his front door with questions concerning the double homicide. Wade was interrogated and released in February, before police submitted official charges against him this week.
Officers told KDKA that video footage, along with a DNA match, clearly showed a connection between Wade and the crime.
In the surveillance tape, one man wearing grey sweatpants is seen on foot, swiping the victims' credit and debit cards at various ATM machines, then ditching their vehicle.
Law enforcement officials told KDKA they identified the man in the video as Wade when he went to a gas station to purchase a pack of cigarettes and they managed to catch a glimpse of his face.
The tape also reportedly shows Wade getting rid of the sweatpants he wore in the first part of the video. When officials found the sweats, they discovered a bloodstain on them, which has since been tested.
Wade is currently facing criminal homicide, burglary and robbery charges.
Police haven't specified exactly what link has been found between Wade and the killings of the sisters, who were related to Democratic state Rep. Mary Wolfe, but stated they saw a connection between Wade and the body fluids on the sweatpants.
Detectives did say they'd been performing DNA tests on things they took from Wade's home.
Wade maintained his innocence in a Facebook status he posted Wednesday afternoon.
"I would like for the world to know I am 100 percent innocent I would never ever in any way hurt a person so brutally it is not in my nature I have always respected women and will always continue to do so I am being framed to take the fall for this case and hopefully justice will prevail," he wrote.
