The Mobile World Congress (MWC) is a massive trade expo where telecoms and teletech firms showcase their cutting-edge products. It's one of the most user-friendly shows out there, and enthusiasts love it as there's always odd tech that's either entertaining or fascinating to find.

Everything from transparent laptops to flexible smartphones to electronics augmented with artificial intelligence (AI) was on display at this year's MWC. The event took place in Barcelona, Spain, from February 26 to 29.

Samsung Galaxy Book 4

The Galaxy Book 4 has a sleek appearance and feel, and its large trackpad makes navigating the stunning 120Hz AMOLED display a breeze. The Galaxy Book 4's compatibility with other Galaxy devices is definitely one of the selling points.

Starting at $1,320 for the standard 360 model, the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 goes up to $1,670 for the Pro, $2,120 for the Pro 360, and $2,620 for the Ultra. There is an option to upgrade the graphics and processor, but it will incur additional costs.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra

The prominent circular camera bulge on the new Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a clear indication that photography is its main focus. Featuring a 1-inch camera sensor, a variable aperture lens, and dual-telephoto cameras, the newest flagship phone from Xiaomi has pretty much everything a photography lover could want in a smartphone.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra won't be available to buyers in the United States. This remarkable camera phone, however, is available for presale in the United Kingdom for £1,299 (about $1,650).

Honor Magic 6 Pro

Magic 6 Pro has an innovative AI eye-tracking function that lets you access and interact with apps using your eyes. It runs on a silicon-carbon battery, which is safer and less harmful to the environment than the lithium-ion batteries used in most smartphones.

This state-of-the-art phone isn't accessible in the US, but people in the UK can get their hands on it. The phone retails for £1,100 (about $1,395).

Humane AI Pin

You can transform your hand into a screen by projecting images from your smartphone onto this AI wearable gadget from Humane. It attaches to your shirt and responds to voice instructions. Prices for the gadget start at $699.

OnePlus Watch 2

The most recent smartwatch from OnePlus has an attractive display and an impressive battery life. Although it lacks some of the features seen on competing smartwatches, the price makes it a potentially worthwhile trade-off.

The OnePlus Watch 2 is now $300 when preordered. A $50 credit is yours to take if you trade in an older smartwatch.
