Taylor Swift recently won her 13th Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album for 'Midnights' and surprised Swifties as she announced a new album during her acceptance speech.

She broke the internet by announcing her 11th studio album, 'The Tortured Poets Department,' which will be available on April 19.

The 'Midnights' singer was nominated for six Grammy Awards during Sunday's CBS broadcast. Two tracks from the album are up for Grammys.

The song 'Anti-Hero' was nominated for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance. 'Karma' featuring Ice Spice was also a nominee for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

'Midnights,' released in October 2022, is Swift's 10th studio album. Upon its release, it became her fifth single to sell over a million copies in one week.

Swift said while holding the statue for Album of the Year that she would love to tell her fans that this is the best moment of her life. She shared that she feels this happy when she finishes a song, cracks the code to a bridge she loves, is shot listing a music video, or rehearses with her dancers and band.

"My lucky number, I don't know if I ever told you that," she said. "I know the way the Recording Academy voted is a direct reflection of the passion of the fans. So, I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret that I've been keeping from you for the last two years, which is that my brand new album comes out April 19. It's called The Tortured Poets Department. I'm going to go post the cover right now. Thank you I love you!"

Swift has been nominated for 52 Grammy Awards throughout her career.

There has been speculation on social media that Swift would announce a re-recording of 'Reputation' on Sunday's Grammys. The fans have already caught up with a pattern as it looks like she releases two re-recordings before releasing more new tracks.

Swift's wardrobe has worked hard lately, from the stadium seats to the 2024 Grammy Awards red carpet. Fans could not stop figuring out all the Easter eggs from the 'Reputation' era that she has included in her appearance.
