A multi-billion dollar deal between the Saudi Arabian Dar Al Arkan and the Trump Organization to team up to build a multi-billion-dollar resort in Muscat, Oman.

The Saudi real estate firm and Trump's company will build off the former-US president's ultra-glamorous Trump Resort, which cost about $4 billion to build in the Middle East, reported Alarabiya.

A 100-meter-high hilltop site near the sea is intended to accommodate one of the largest mixed-use construction projects ever built, based on a company statement released on Sunday.

The AIDA venture, a collaborative project with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), would see the development of a hotel, golf course, and residential villas near Muscat. Once the development starts next year, its completion will be over a decade, noted PR Newswire. 

The company's executive vice president, Eric Trump, said in a statement that the following project needed to be sufficiently large and in a great location with reliable partners. Trump's son described AIDA, located in Muscat, Oman, which lies over the panoramic ocean. It lies at the center of the development in Oman that overlooks the sea with the partnership of Saudi Arabian Dar Al Arkan and the Trump Organization.

Dar Al Arkan explained the aim is to create an exceptional Trump Golf Resort with the finest residential villas, a first-rate hotel, and an iconic golf course, all set in one of the most breathtaking settings.
