Amnesty International, a human rights NGO, said in a report that Ukrainian forces have used civilians as cover, placing them at undue risk.

A human rights non-government organization (NGO) remarked that Ukrainian forces had placed civilians at undue risk as they made camps or used non-combatant structures.

Putting troops and equipment in restricted non-combatant areas, even hospitals are used as cover from Russian fire. Moscow has asked for probes but was largely ignored by the west, encouraging the Ukrainian Nazis.

Kyiv Guilty of Placing Civilians at Risk

The charge is based on research conducted by Amnesty International in Ukraine's east in April and July. Ukrainian soldiers have conducted strikes inside residential areas in 19 towns and villages, reported RT.

Amnesty International investigators found indications of military activity in 22 of the 29 schools visited. The Ukrainian military used hospitals as headquarters in five different locations, which was against international humanitarian law.

This non-government organization said these weren't on the frontlines and were intentionally used to prevent attacks from the Russian army. They further claimed that the residents were not allowed to leave the area as combat ensued.

Amnesty International Secretary General Agnes Callamard stated that the Ukrainian army uses citizens as shields in residential areas as a common practice against the rules, citing Fars News.

Callamard explained that Ukrainian forces must adhere to international humanitarian law; however, battle conditions were for them. Using a non-military structure is the last resort, but Kyiv allows the neo-Nazis and Ultranationalists to act wrongly.

According to the human rights NGO, Russia has also attacked non-combatant areas where there are no enemies. Furthermore, the presence of Ukraine in civilian areas does not warrant striking it.

In response to the report, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova clarified that Russian forces have repeatedly underlined Amnesty's methodology and have consistently claimed that Ukraine is exploiting civilians as human shields.

Russia Denies Accusations

All the accusations that Russia attacked non-combatants used civilian structures, or hit civilian infrastructure are false. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his forces have been using residents to prevent retaliation for their atrocities.

According to Zakharova, the Russian army devised strategies to avoid involving all non-combatants in operation. Zelensky is the one who allowed Ukrainian forces to violate humanitarian law.

Contrary to the propaganda, Moscow asserts it never targets civilian installations and takes every measure to protect civilians when assaulting Ukrainian forces in cities and villages.

According to the foreign ministry spokeswoman, Ukraine forces have abused the locals too many times, even threatening them if they go.

Zelensky has blamed Moscow for all the atrocities committed by neo-Nazis and Ultranationalists, to frame Russia each time.

However, Western politicians have their agenda by ignoring what their proxy army commits as war crimes, and these frameups have maligned Russia.

Amnesty International, a human rights NGO, revealed in their report that Ukrainian forces have continually put civilians at undue risk as they have flouted humanitarian international law, and Russia seconded the conclusion.
