New York's biggest question heading into Christmas Day is whether Carmelo Anthony will play. Anthony, who sprained his left ankle on Monday against Orlando, is optimistic he'll be healthy enough by Wednesday.

"Hopefully I'll be there," Anthony said, via ESPN. "I don't want to miss that game. It's Christmas in the Garden. I don't want to miss that game."

Anthony will be a game-time decision, according to ESPN's latest report.

While Anthony is optimistic about his return, Raymond Felton is unlikely to play again for at least another month, according to the New York Post. Felton felt a "pop" in his right groin in the waning minutes of Monday's 103-98 win over the Magic. He collapsed to the court and is scheduled to undergo tests on Tuesday.

New York's season quickly came unraveled after a 9-18 start, but Oklahoma City is right in the thick of it for the top spot in the Western Conference. The Thunder (22-5) are on the heels of first-place Portland (23-5), while San Antonio (22-6) and the Los Angeles Clippers (20-9) trail close behind.

The Thunder, however, had their nine game winning streak snapped on Sunday after a 104-98 loss to Toronto.

"Losses happen in this league," said Durant, who leads the NBA in scoring with 28.1 points per game. "They beat us fair and square, you know? We missed some shots, too. I think our defense was good. They got some shots late in the fourth quarter that helped them a little bit but I think our defense was good. We were swarming them and they hit some tough ones, too, but we missed some good looks."
