Sabbir scored 79 off 49 balls to help the Bulls to chase 161 with five wickets in hand. Earlier, the Riders, with the help of Lendl Simmons' 73-run knock, posted a tough target of 160.

On the other hand, the Victorians entered the final by defeating the Riders in the first qualifier of the tournament on Saturday. Opener Imrul Kayes and bowlers Abu Hider Rony and Ashar Zaidi starred in the Victorians' massive 72-run win against the Riders, according to the Dhaka Tribune. Hider and Zaidi took four wickets each to help their team to book a spot in the final.

"I am happy that the team has gone into the final. It is a young team which has made a big achievement. I am proud to be part of this team. I think all the boys should get credit," Zaidi told ESPNCricInfo.
