FX has released the first footage of John Travolta as Robert Shapiro in a series of new teaser trailer's for Ryan Murphy's upcoming series "American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson." The upcoming true crime anthology series tells the story of the infamous 1995 murder trial of Simpson.

The first clip shows Travolta's impressive transformation into Shapiro as he sits across from Simpson, who is played by Cuba Gooding Jr.

"Anytime that I take on a new criminal case, I always ask the client a question, now I won't be judgmental," Travolta says to Gooding before the teaser cuts away.

In one of the new trailers called "The Lie," Simpson is being strapped to a lie detector test while he is asked "Is the person who killed Nicole Brown Simpson in this room?"

The last new clip titled "Back" shows many characters from the series, including Gooding as Simpson, but only from the back.

The highly anticipated show also stars David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian, Sarah Paulson as Marcia Clark, Connie Britton as Faye Resnick and Selma Blair as Kris Jenner. The 10-episode mini-series will premiere on FX after Murphy's other series "American Horror Story: Hotel" concludes in February 2016.
