Arrow Season 2 Spoilers: Laurel Captures Oliver?; Pictures Show the Archer is Cornered

Laurel will be focused in Season 2. Her mission—to take down the archer. According to pictures posted on TVLine.com, it looks like she has.

In the photos, Oliver—as the archer—is in the precinct surrounded by a S.W.A.T. team as he faces Laurel. Since Oliver plans to continue his life as the vigilante and not die any time soon—it’s a safe bet that he finds some way to get out of this.

Fortunately for Oliver he’s not going to go into this situation with Laurel without a bit of warning. In the promo below she and Oliver are at Tommy’s grave when she declares her objective for revenge:

“There’s only one archer left and I’m going to help my boss catch him.” So who’s her boss?

“Laurel’s joined the district attorney’s office … now that CNRI has been destroyed,” showrunner Andrew Kreisberg recently told TVLine.

Tommy’s death has taken a toll on Laurel and, according to Cassidy, will have an apparent effect on her this season.

"She has definitely grieved a bit and tried to deal with the death of Tommy and the Glades being destroyed, and I feel she has mainly focused her energy on working to distract herself so she does not have to deal with it. She definitely goes into a darker place," Cassidy recently said in an interview with EOnline."You see her doing stuff that you would never imagine or think she would do, but it's credited because Tommy passed."

Season 2 of “Arrow” premieres Wednesday, Oct. 3 at 8/7c on The CW.
