Rockstar Games latest installment in its popular "Grand Theft Auto" series lets users get inside the head and control not one but three sociopathic criminals in "GTA V." In a game with such a vast open world and criminals with low morality, money should be easy to come by, right? Wrong. Cash is scarce in the first few hours of game play and, although that changes dramatically as the game goes on, there's still a thousand ways to make money, below is a list of some of the trickiest.

IGN compiled a list of ways to earn quick cash in the fictional city of Los Santos complete with wise business savvy rampages and just plain cheats for both early players and those who have beaten the game's storyline.

One of the most interesting aspects of the GTA V world is the ability to play the stock market. However, this isn't like making a normal investment. The risk is only there if you let it be. There are many rival companies in the game who's success can depend entirely on which business ends up in your crosshairs.

For example, for every FlyUS corporation, there is a AirEmu corporation. You can invest in both. Obviously, as one increases in value the other will decrease. If you were to invest heavily in AirEmu stock and then go to the airport and destroy every FlyUs plane that dares sit within your reach you can have a little fun destroying things while simultaneously making a profit while AirEmu's shares shoot up.

IGN points out that this is really an end-game strategy as most people won't have the money to invest in the stocks enough to make a decent profit or purchase a hangar at the airport, which will significantly decrease the attention from police. If you want to buy the best guns, cars or armor the game has to offer right now, have no fair, the same strategy can be implemented against any two rival corporations in the game.
