Jessica Alba flashes her million dollar smile in simple yet gracious attire as she poses for the cover of InStyle's February issue.
While everyone can look sexy, it's not everyone's cup of tea to look cute, sexy, simple yet stylish - all at once. However, Alba achieves all that and more on the cover of "InStyle". The actress wears a simple black vest paired with a Jones New York Printed Border Cotton Lawn Maxi Skirt. She wears her hair loose to one side and keeps her makeup basic.
Alba said she knew her husband, Cash Warren, was "the one" when they first met.
"It was weird; he instantly felt like family. It was so easy," she said. "I'd never felt like that with anyone. I was usually pretty self-conscious, minding my p's and q's, very aware of every time my fork hit the plate when I was having dinner on a date. With him, there was none of that. We got each other. We're kindred spirits."
Alba also revealed that motherhood has taught her a lot.
"Before I had kids, I was very responsible and serious," she said. "I used to be all about controlling my environment; everything had to be just so. Now my idea of perfection is different. You can label bins and have a place for stuff, but when the kids go into the playroom, you're not going to say, 'We can't paint, because how are we going to clean it up?'"
Motherhood has also affected her dressing style, Alba said she's become more "adventurous." In the past, the actress stuck to jeans and a sweater but now, the 31-year-old likes to experiment with bright colors, bold prints and different cuts.
