"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" has released a series of posters showcasing the "heroes" of their respective district.

The series is from the film's Capitol Ministry of Information in partnership with Yahoo! Movies. Each of the 12 districts has a "hero" representative with a small summary as to why they must continue to work hard for the people of the Capitol, according to Yahoo! Movies.

For example, Elias Haan from District 7 is the "hero" amongst his Lumber District:

"As you tend to the finest forests and provide your fellow brethren with the most beautiful and flawless lumber, remember that the Capitol treasures your dedication to society. It is your duty as a citizen of Panem to protect the system we have worked tirelessly to conceive. Embrace the challenges of strenuous labor, and remember the instrumental role you play in the preservation of our country."

Naida Dolan of District 4 is honored for her work in the Fishing District in dangerous conditions:

"Remember the value of your actions as they pertain to the growth and unity of the country as a whole. Every fish you spear, every knot you tie, and every ocean swell you conquer further helps maintain the steady current of our elegant system, and strengthens the bond between Panem and its people. No contribution is too small, and every impact is crucial."

You can read more about the District heroes on The Capitol's official website here. However, noticeably absent from the series is a hero from District 13.

Audiences learned of the District at the end of "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." Katniss Everdeen, with the help of other victors, was airlifted out of the Quarter Quell arena into District 13. President Alma Coin, played by Julianne Moore, is in charge of the District 13.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" will be released to theaters on Nov. 21.
