The 2015 NBA playoffs continue Tuesday night with Game 1 of the Western Conference finals between the Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors. Tipoff is at 9 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream or listen to the radio broadcast via the links provided below.
Shortly after the NBA draft lottery concludes, the first game of the league semifinals will tipoff. Houston became just the ninth team in league history to rally from a 3-1 series deficit following Sunday's 113-100 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 7.
"It's the ultimate confidence-booster," Rockets star James Harden told the Associated Press. "There's only a handful of teams that's done that. We fought back. We fought three really hard games and came away with it."
The momentum in the series shifted when Houston came back from a 19-point deficit in the third quarter of Game 6 to force a seventh game. To most observers the Rockets' season looked over in Game 6, but Harden credited the way his teammates battled adversity all season long for toughening his team's resolve.
"When you're down 19 on the road, it's easy to give in and just say, 'Maybe next year,'" Harden said. "But I think the injuries throughout the entire year kind of made us fight through adversity no matter what. We always find a way to fight, and another case was being down 3-1."
Golden State earned its semifinal appearance after defeating the Memphis Grizzlies in six games. The Warriors sputtered in Games 2 and 3, but they regained their shooting touch and improved their defense as the series continued, ultimately winning each of their last three games by an average margin of 16 points.
The Warriors head into the series with home court advantage and the added confidence of having swept Houston during the regular season. They defeated the Rockets by an average margin of 15 points in their regular-season series, winning by double-digits in each of the four games played.
