When Beau Ouimette and his wife were taking a walk in Virginia, they found a wounded baby fox and got him the help he needed.

The tiny fox was severely dehydrated, weak and had a bloody wound to it's neck, so they took the animal to a local veterinarian.

(NOTE: Both Ouimette and his wife are vaccinated for rabies. Coming into contact with a wild animal with rabies is very dangerous because the disease is deadly.)

The couple brought the fox to Blue Ridge Wildlife Center, where she is gaining strength. Once she is back to her full health, she will be released back into the wild.
