"The Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel sits down for a one-on-one interview with Andy Cohen on the talk show "Watch What Happens Live" on March 22.

Frankel, who has rejoined the cast of "RHONY" in an effort to boost ratings, tells Cohen of her successes and failures since leaving the show a few seasons ago.

Notable successes? Her brands of food and beverage. Failures? Mainly her divorce from Jason Hoppy, which has not been amicable.

Frankel recalled to Cohen that Hoppy told her to be prepared because "We are going to war," and that was probably the most hurtful thing he has ever said, she told US magazine. The couple shares a daughter, Brynn, 4.

Frankel's relationship was the centerpiece of two Bravo spin-offs, "Bethenny Ever After," and "Bethenny Getting Married."

The former show aired the couple's dirty laundry, including arguments, and astute viewers may have picked up on the fact that the couple was headed to divorce.

Frankel tells Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live," that she feels "proud" to come back to the show, and that her return would be good for the show and would change up the dynamic.

"It seems honest, real, it seems 'old school,'" she tells Cohen.

As one of the original "Housewives," Frankel spent much of her time looking for love and developing her food and beverage brands, and she made millions for her alcohol line, "Skinny Girl." She admits that after that, she didn't want to participate in the show any longer.  While she was on the show, she had her share of disagreements with former "Housewives" Kelly Bensimon, Jill Zarin and presumed cast "leader" Ramona Singer.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" has another new cast member for season 7, socialite Dorinda Medley, a friend of Singer. Medley dates John Mahdessian, the owner of a high-end dry cleaning business, as reported in Bustle.com.

She joins familiar cast members Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan.

Meanwhile Singer, tells E! Online all about life after divorce. She said ex-husband Mario Singer wanted her not to talk about his cheating and she obliged his wishes. As for now, she said she is open to a new relationship at some point.

"Life is good," she told E! "I have great friends. ... Considering all and all, I'm having fun."

But it doesn't all look like fun judging from previews of the new season of the hit Bravo show.

Frankel's solo guest appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" airs March 22 at 10:30 p.m. ET

"The Real Housewives of New York City" premieres April 7 a 9 p.m. ET
