Ten beagles who spent the first five years of their life behind bars in a Korean lab were freed by three amazing animal organizations.

Beagles are often used for pharmaceutical testing, although labs don't always disclose their use, reported One Green Planet.

Three animal organizations - People Defending Animals, Nabiya Cat Shelter, and Irion Animal Hospital - talked to the lab and eventually released the 10 beagles.

Now the organizations are working with the beagles - Dharma, Gaya, Geum Gan, Ggachi, Halla, Ju Wang, So Baek, Tae Baek, Solak and Yudal - to find them the forever homes they deserve.
