Tony Parker who? Eva Longoria is in love with a new man and she is not being coy about spilling details of her new romance.

Dating rumors about Longoria and Miami-based entrepreneur and philanthropist Ernesto Arguello, 34, started three months ago. The actress told People magazine that the rumors were not true at the time, but they are officially dating now.

"I think that's why our relationship is so special - we truly started as friends," Longoria, 38, who met Arguello last year when he was cast in "Ready For Love", the reality dating show she produced, told People.

According to the magazine, Arguello's relationship with this love connection on the show, former Miss USA Shandi Finnessey, ended in 2012. Longoria assured that her relationship with Arguello was friendly until recently.

"I guess we have the press to thank for pushing us to see something we didn't see," Longoria said jokingly, who just returned home from a trip to Nicaragua where Arguello reportedly introduced her to his family.

People reports a source close to the couple thinks that they are a perfect match: they both speak Spanish, practice the same religion, and have a similar cultural background.

"Their friendship and their similar philanthropic interests laid the foundation for their new romance," the source adds. "They're very much in love."

The announcement comes on the heels of her ex-husband's, NBA player Tony Parker, recent engagement to a French journalist, Axelle Francine.

Longoria told Dr. Oz she did not take the 2011 divorce very well, Radar Online reports.

"I was not eating. I was depressed. I was sad. My diet was coffee," Longoria said. "So people kept saying, you look amazing. Divorce agrees with you. And I was like, I don't feel good. I have no energy."

Longoria has recently made headlines for her new show on Lifetime called "Devious Maids." According to multiple reports, the Latino community was upset by the show's portrayal of Hispanic stereotypes.
