Lisa Hochstein, a star on "Real Housewives of Miami," is going to be a mommy.

The reality star and her plastic surgeon husband Lenny Hochstein are expecting their first child via surrogate, Us Weekly reported. Hochstein took to Instagram on Monday to shared a photo of three pregnancy tests that turned out positive, with the caption, "#blessed."

"It did not feel real, almost unbelievable!" Hochstein gushed to Us Weekly. "Although I was beyond excited and overjoyed, we did not want to get our hopes up too high until we passed the first trimester."

The exciting news reportedly comes after years of struggle for Hochstein to conceive a child naturally, due to infertility issues. The mother-to-be has reportedly suffered three miscarriages and four failed IVF attempts.

"We felt that we tried almost every option available to us except surrogacy," Hochstein said. "Adoption was a consideration if this didn't work."

Us Weekly reported that the due date is Aug. 1, but the couple has been warned that the baby might come sooner. Hochstein said that target date is near her birthday

"The baby might be [born] on my birthday, which is July 24," she said. "That would be the best gift in the world!"

Although, choosing a surrogate was a difficult decision, the reality star said she hasn't given up on getting pregnant, telling Us Weekly, "hopefully in the future I will have this opportunity." The couple, who tied the knot in 2009, do not know if their baby is a boy or a girl, but admitted that they have already started picking out names.

"We are thinking he or she should have a name beginning with the letter L so we would all have the same initials," Hochstein dished. "How cute is that?!"
