"Anger Management" actor Charlie Sheen has asked producers of the show to fire co-star Selma Blair according to TMZ. Sheen reportedly gave the producers of cutting ties with Blair or he will quit the show.
Blair told TMZ she's unaware of the allegations and has not been contacted by producers of being fired.
According to reports, the two stars have bumped heads before for personal reasons. Sheen accuses the 40-year-old of "complaining about him behind his back" and saying he is "a menace to work with."
According to the New York Daily News, Sheen and Blair have co-stared in the television series for 33 episodes. It is unclear if producers will adhere to Sheen's request. TMZ reports they are currently trying to find a logical resolution.
"Anger Management's" success has landed the show a second season. Blair plays Sheen's therapist and the two share a casual sexual relationship. The plot of the show is similar to reports of Sheen's troublesome rock-star-like lifestyle.
The Huffington Post reports that when the cast of "Anger Management" was revealed, Blair showed no signs that she was concerned about working with Sheen.
"I've always loved everything he's done and I've always looked at how interested people were in him and I thought I was really lucky to be part of it," she told "Access Hollywood". "We all live him very much and he's really a generous, wonderful soul and whatever his personality it, we're gretful to be with him."
Sheen is no stranger to celebrity tiffs. The former "Two And A Half Men" star recently blasted "Teen Mom 2" star Farrah Abraham via text for leaking messages shared amongst the two. Sheen and Abraham had agreed to meet up to become better acquainted.
"Hey, you desperate guzzler of stagnant douche agua," he wrote. "I truly do not recall giving you permission to globally reveal any communication between us."
