Patrick Schwarzenegger is following in his father's footsteps committing to a life of heath and fitness.
The 19-year-old, is one of five of the Shriver/Schwarzenegger children and has shown the world via Twitter - where he goes by Patrick Shriver - that he, too, has abs.
"Early morning pump! Who is getting into shape for summer??!! Gonna gain 7 pounds this summer," the tweet read.
Earlier this month, Patrick tweeted a photo of what is believed to be a pantry in his home overflowing with a number of different foods, including Oroes, Welch's snacks, Nilla Wafers, and Ritz Crackers.
"If your wondering what foods I eat to maintain 6 pack and what foods are in my pantry, here you are," he wrote to his 80,000 followers.
Perhaps his recent health kick is being nurtured by his pursuit to join the movie industry.
The young Schwarzenegger is also appearing in the Adam Sandler comedy hit "Grown Ups 2" as Frat Boy Cooper, alongside Luke Wilson, Kevin James, Chris Rock, Salma Hayek and Maya Rudolph. The movie will hit theatres in July.
He's also appeared in "Stuck in Love" in 2012 and "Benchwarmers" in 2006.
His father, Arnold, now 65-years-old, migrated from Thal, Austria, and by the age of 20 began acquiring the titles of Mr. Universe and Mr. Olympia - earning the latter title seven times, according to the New York Daily News.
Later in his career Arnold became a Hollywood action movie icon starring in over 52 titles, including "The Terminator", "Predator", "Total Recall", as well as recent hits like "The Expendables" - parts one and two - and "The Last Stand".
Most recently Arnold got involved in politics as the former Governor of California, taking up issues around California education, promotion of diversity and human health, as well as economic recovery, and environmental issues.
