Troubled actress Amanda Bynes reportedly has no place to stay and was spotted sleeping at a Los Angeles mall.  According to TMZ, the 28-year-old former Nickelodeon star was photographed wearing red sweatpants, red sandals and a black coat while catching some shuteye on a couch at the Beverly Hill Center.

Shortly after the photo surfaced online, Bynes took to Twitter and accused her parents of withholding money from her.

"I was not given money for a hotel so I have been staying with friends and I didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch @the Beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me," she tweeted.

"I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel," Bynes added. "What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator, because they don't deserve control over my money - They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them!"

Earlier in the week Lynn Bynes was granted conservatorship over her daughter's finances but reports now claim that she's considering dropping it. A source told E! Online that Lynn wants to step down as the actress' personal conservatorship and hand the responsibility over to a professional conservator.

However, Lynn will still be in control of her daughter's estate. On Nov. 4 Bynes tweeted that she didn't have enough money to get new clothes because her parents would not let her near her money. TMZ claims that Bynes' parents are only giving the actress gift cards with a little bit of money on them. Her parents have not responded to the allegations.

"I'm so mad at my parents," the actress posted. "They are with holding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment. We aren't speaking."

Reality star Heidi Montag reached out to Bynes via Twitter and offered the actress a place to stay at her house until she gets her finances in order.

"@amandabynes you are more then welcome to crash in our guest house in Santa Barbara if you need somewhere to stay! DM me!," Montag wrote.

It's not clear if Bynes responded to the offer.
