A plane was delayed from Los Angeles International Airport Sunday after a passenger was concerned about a nearby WiFi connection named "Al-Quida Free Terror Network."

American Airlines delayed Flight 136 to investigate the misspelled reference to the terror group that was responsible for the Sept. 11 attacks in 2001.

Passengers on the flight were rescreened for precautionary reasons and had their names checked against the government's "no-fly" list, reports NBC News.

Police later determined that "no crime was committed and no further action will be taken," according to a statement. They speculated that the WiFi connection was from a mobile device inside the terminal.

It remains unclear is the owner of the WiFi hotspot will be charged with a crime because the name of his network is protected by the first amendment.

However, last month an unidentified passenger was arrested for naming his hotspot networks "Southwest Bomb on Board" and "Bomb Location Seat 19E" while flying on a Southwest plane from Seattle to Denver, NBC News reports.
