Two weeks ago an extra on the set of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" leaked some information about a nasty fight between Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg). The source told local news station WILX 10 that the altercation would take place at a red carpet event.

At the time not much else was known about the rumored scene, but Latino Review recently got some more scoop and claims that the event is thrown by Lex for the reopening of Metropolis Central Library.

"A couple of on-set people have confirmed the occasion for the party thrown by Lex Luthor. It is the reopening of Metropolis Central Library post the battle for Metropolis. Lexcorp funded the construction because 'Intellect is man's biggest strength'' which seems to be a direct shot at Superman," Latino Review wrote.

Supposedly, Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) and Lois Lane (Amy Adams) will also be at the party as reporters.

"Other small details tied to that scene, the movie will have an almost red carpet montage where the rich and famous are asked their views about the Superman who appeared in the public eye recently. The red carpet setup is attached, and will include both Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor being asked that question by Lois Lane and Clark Kent on the carpet," the site wrote.

What's still unclear is what was said/or done to provoke the fight between Lex and Bruce. The anonymous extra previously told WILX 10 that the altercation is so bad that military personnel had to be called in. The source also claims that the scene involves paparazzi, fireworks and will require "heavy special effects."

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" hits theaters Mar. 25, 2016.
