Melissa Rivers and her "Fashion Police" family will reunite for a 90-minute special in honor of the late Joan Rivers. According to a press release, the tribute will air on Friday, Sept. 19 and will celebrate Joan's legacy by airing back-to-back episodes, never-before-aired moments, ,behind-the-scenes footage and hilarious outtakes.

Joan cohosted "Fashion Police" with Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos, her daughter, Melissa, served as executive producer. The all-day celebration, called "Joan Day" will also include the comedienne's 80th birthday celebration and the last "Fashion Police" episode she appeared in.

Melissa and the other cohosts will also share special memories they had with Joan. The legendary comedienne died on Sept. 4, one week after being rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital for cardiac and respiratory arrest. Joan was undergoing a throat procedure at Yorkville Endoscopy Center on the Upper East Side when she suddenly stopped breathing.

It was previously rumored that Osbourne wanted to quit "Fashion Police" because she was having a hard time dealing with the death. A source told Radar Online that she wasn't sure if she could continue on with the show.

"Kelly does not want to go on with 'Fashion Police,'" the source said. "She feels that it is pointless to continue on with the show [and] says that anyone you try to replace Joan Rivers with will fail miserably."

"She got so close to Joan while filming and is just in a total state of shock," the source added. "She is so broken right now."

So far E! Network has not announced whether "Fashion Police" will continue on but the cast has not filmed new episodes following Joan's death.
