Out on a group date with his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, After Earth star Jaden Smith decided to switch up his wardrobe a bit. Instead of the latest shirt or pair of jeans, he donned the suit worn by Tony Start when he fights crime, according to the New York Daily News. Smith was seen in the Iron Man suit while he was in the Big Apple with Jenner and their two friends.
In addition to walking the streets of the Big Apple they stopped to shop in Times Square and eat at a Nobu 57, a Japanese restaurant on 57th street.
The 15-year old Jenner was dressed a little more low-profile in a mini dress covered in a leopard pattern and black boots that went up to her high ankle.
After the afternoon’s activities the young reality TV star accompanied the 14-year old actor to the Zeigfield Theater’s “After Earth” movie premiere. However, Jenner and Smith did not walk together on the red carpet.
After the movie Jenner and her two friends gave the movie a thumps up on her Keek account. She recommended “everyone to go see it in theaters.”
According to US Weekly, a source says the two are “dating.” “It’s new, but they’ve been friends forever.”
Recently, the “Karate Kid” star’s father and co-star in “After Earth” Will Smith said he didn’t think the Smith family and the Kardashians had a lot in common concerning how each family dealt with the spotlight.
When asked if an analogy could be drawn between the two families when it came to fame he said:
"The idea of fame or exploitation or orchestrating the media is sometimes even less than desirable for us."
