Cheryl Cole has had enough of people criticizing her weight. The singer revealed she's a size 6 and that is not fat when compared to an average woman.
"You can't call someone who's a size 6 fat," Cole said. "An average woman is a size 10 to 12, so if you're calling me fat because I'm a size 6, and I have never ever been bigger than an 8, you're causing women some serious issues. When you're on the receiving end of it, it's nothing short of bullying in the workplace."
Cole spoke with Glamour UK in the December issue, about her ex-husband, Chelsea football player Ashley Cole.
"I'm not unlucky in love or anything else," Cole said. "And I'm absolutely not a victim. I'm strong, happy and settled -- and I really don't give a s--t anymore."
Cole filed the divorce 26 May, 2010 in London's High Court citing "unreasonable behaviour" of her husband of four years. The couple finalized their divorce on September 3, 2010 after Ashley's many extra-martial affairs came into light.
Cole continued to keep her married name after the divorce and she said in an interview with The Guardian that changing name would make her look like she is "ashamed" of her marriage.
"It takes a long time after you've been with someone as long as I was not to feel like you're cheating on them," she said. "That may sound crazy, but it's the way I felt after him. I had completely committed myself."
Cole is currently dating Tre Holloway, backup dancer.
"Dating someone who's not in the industry can be difficult, but dating someone in the limelight has its own problems," she told Glamour. "Everything is intensified. If I fell in love with a [garbage man] I'd be happy. but if I fell in love some really famous man, I feel like that would belong to the media."
