The Cleveland Browns reportedly are growing weary of quarterback Johnny Manziel's partying.  The team believes Manziel is regressing at practice and they are beginning to question his "dedication to the playbook," Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.

Browns coach Mike Pettine has said throughout the offseason Manziel's much-publicized adventures aren't a concern to the team.  That tune may be changing, however.

"The Browns have been 'alarmed' by some of Johnny Manziel's antics since the draft -- especially a photo of him rolling up a $20 bill in the bathroom of a bar -- and some in the organization feel he's lost ground in the quarterback competition heading into camp, sources have told the Northeast Ohio Media Group," Cabot wrote Friday.  "... Manziel regressed in practice after the first week of organized team activities, and some in the organization attributed it to too much jet-setting and not enough dedication to the playbook."

Cleveland believed Manziel's pre-draft pitch about leaving the partying behind in college, but this summer has shown the 2012 Heisman winner is still seemingly a 21-year-old at heart.  Social media has documented Manziel's summer, from rendezvousing with New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski in Las Vegas to partying in Los Angeles with celebrities such as Drake and Justin Bieber.

After being selected No. 22 in this past draft, Manziel reiterated his focus would be entirely on football.

"I know I need to put all my time right now into maintaining my life in football and trying to be as good of a quarterback as possible," he said, via Cleveland.com.  "Everything else is extra and really there's no time for that now.  I'm very committed to expanding my knowledge of the game and getting better as a quarterback.  That's my focus right now."

Manziel is competing with veteran quarterback Brian Hoyer for the starting position and, as of now, appears destined to play out his rookie campaign as the backup.
