Last week journalist Nikki Finke released a reported schedule of what movies Warner Bros. and DC Comics plan on releasing in the next few years. The lineup, which included films like "Justice League" and "Man of Steel 2," was never confirmed, but Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara hinted that a solo Wonder Woman project is in the works, Comicbook.com reports.

During Time Warner's annual stockholders meeting, Tsujihara was asked about Warner Bros. and DC Comics beating Marvel Studios to the big screen with a female-lead superhero movie.

"I agree with you we haven't done as well as we potentially could do on the theatrical side," Tsujihara said, adding that "We have something we're not ready to announce."

Wonder Woman (played by Gal Gadot) is set to appear in Zack Snyder's upcoming film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and then reportedly in a "Justice League" movie given a reported release date in 2017.

According to Finke's alleged Warner Bros. film schedule, a solo "Wonder Woman" project is set to be released after the "Justice League" movie. Check out the schedule of other reported Warner Bros. and DC Comics films below:

May 2016- Batman v Superman
July 2016- Shazam
Christmas 2016-Sandman
May 2017-Justice League
July 2017-Wonder Woman
Christmas 2017-Flash and Green Lantern team-up
May 2018-Man of Steel 2

Jeff Sneider also released his own Warner Bros. scoop and tweeted an agency grid that listed Martian Manhunter and Max Lord as characters in the Justice League movie. He also said that Darkseid was listed as a villain in the film. The agency grid also included Superman (Henry Cavill) and Wonder Woman (Gadot) but not Batman (Ben Affleck).

According to Comicbook.com, fans should take the agency grid with a grain of salt until it is confirmed by Warner Bros. The site also said that the grid could have been "prepared off rumored information."
